Preimplantation: This message was written in response to a query to the "old" MGH Neurology web forums. The person was interested in having a family, not passing the HD gene to the next generation, and apparently not interested in a conventional prenatal test (amniocentesis) followed by the thought of pregnancy termination. Many HD families have quite similar situations.
